We commenced operations in 2000 with an aim to connect market stakeholders, such as investors, business executives and founders. We excel by focusing on active management of differentiated investment strategies.

We aim to maintain a portfolio of thoroughly researched and carefully selected investments in high potential companies and projects with the objective of achieving long term capital appreciation coupled with an attractive level of income distribution to investors. Investment parameters such as track record of the entrepreneur/management team, sustainable competitive advantage and the potential for return will play a central role in the selection process. We will seek to actively support the founder and management teams, whose expertise will be the cornerstone of selected investment opportunities. During the investment process our expects to form a close working relationship with the management team, and it is our intention to provide the necessary management and governance inputs towards guiding the direction of investee companies in a collaborative manner and without seeking management control.
